Add Attachments to a Work Order

1.In the Work Orders screen, find the Work Order to which you want to add an attachment.
2.Click on the Work Order Attachments tab at the bottom of the screen.
3.Click the New button to the right of the selection grid.  The Attachment [New] window appears.

4.From here, you can follow the instructions in Chapter 1: Introduction, Common Functions: Attachments.
5.One additional option to note is the Print on Work Order checkbox. If you select this checkbox, the attachment will be printed along with the Work Order, if a Printer is the print destination, or added as an attachment to an email, if Email is the print destination.
6.Note that once you add attachments to the Work Order Attachments tab, the title of the tab will appear in red font.
