Add Attachments to a Work Order

| 1. | In the Work Orders screen, find the Work Order to which you want to add an attachment. |
| 2. | Click on the Work Order Attachments tab at the bottom of the screen. |
| 3. | Click the New button to the right of the selection grid. The Attachment [New] window appears. |

| 4. | From here, you can follow the instructions in Chapter 1: Introduction, Common Functions: Attachments. |
| 5. | One additional option to note is the Print on Work Order checkbox. If you select this checkbox, the attachment will be printed along with the Work Order, if a Printer is the print destination, or added as an attachment to an email, if Email is the print destination. |
| 6. | Note that once you add attachments to the Work Order Attachments tab, the title of the tab will appear in red font. |
