Add, Edit, View, Delete or Complete Work Order Service Procedures

1.Ensure that the Work Orders screen displays the work order containing the service procedure you want to work with.
2.Click on the relevant Service in the middle selection grid.
3.Click on the Procedures tab in the bottom section of the screen.

1.To add a New procedure to this service, click the New button to the right of the bottom selection grid.
2.The Work Order Service Procedures [New] window opens.

3.Enter the information for the Procedure, following the same process explained in Chapter 3: Assets, Assign Services to an Asset: Asset Service Procedures.
4.Click Save.

1.Select the procedure you want to edit.
2.Click the Edit button to the right of the selection grid.
3.Make your changes in the Work Order Service Procedures [Edit] window.
4.Click Save.

1.Select the procedure you want to view or delete.
2.Click the View or Delete button to the right of the selection grid.

1.Select the relevant procedure in the selection grid.
2.Click the View Attachment button to the right.
Click to expand/collapse textComplete a Procedure or Multiple Procedures
1.To complete one procedure:
a.Select the procedure in the selection grid.
b.Click the Complete button to the right of the selection grid.
c.In the Work Order Service Procedure Completion dialog, select the Selected Procedures radio button and click OK.
d.In the Complete Work Order Service Procedure window, fill in the Completed By and Completed On fields and click OK.
2.To complete multiple procedures:
a.In the selection grid, multi-select the procedures you want to complete by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on the relevant procedures.
b.Click the Complete button to the right of the selection grid.
c.In the Work Order Service Procedure Completion dialog, select the Selected Procedures radio button and click OK.
d.In the Complete Work Order Service Procedure window, fill in the Completed By and Completed On fields and click OK.
3.To complete all procedures:
a.Click the Complete button to the right of the selection grid.
b.In the Work Order Service Procedure Completion dialog, select the All Procedures radio button and click OK.
c.In the Complete Work Order Service Procedure window, fill in the Completed By and Completed On fields and click OK.
Click to expand/collapse textUncomplete Procedures
1.Select the procedure you want to uncomplete, or multi-select the various procedures you want to uncomplete by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on the relevant procedures.
2.Click the Uncomplete button to the right of the selection grid.
3.In the Work Order Service Procedure Un-Completion dialog, choose the appropriate radio button: Selected Procedures or All Procedures.  Click OK.

Note that you can also complete, add, edit, view and delete work order service procedures in the Close Work Order Service wizard.  See Close a Work Order Service: Work Order Procedures.
