Edit and Reschedule Services

1.To assign or change the Responsible Person or Second Responsible Person for a service, click on the Responsible or Second Responsible column for the service.
2.Select a person from the drop-down list on the selection grid.

1.To change the Scheduled Date of the service, click on the Scheduled Date column for the service.
2.Select a date from the drop-down calendar on the selection grid.

3.Note that the Scheduled Date of the Asset Service may or may not be locked at the date you choose here, depending on the "Reschedule Asset Service when Changing Scheduled Date on PM Schedule" System Setting; see Chapter 2: Setting Up PMXpert, Step 3: System Settings, General. If you selected the Always option, the Asset Service will be rescheduled and locked at the date you select in the PM Schedule (i.e. set to the Full Lock level).  If you selected Never, you can still manually change the Scheduled Dates of the Asset Services on the PM Schedule, but if you leave the PM Schedule without generating work orders, the Scheduled Dates will revert to the original dates calculated in Asset Setup (i.e. the Asset Service remains Unlocked).

1.You can reschedule one, multiple or all services on the PM Schedule.
a.To reschedule one service, click on the service in the selection grid to highlight it.
b.To reschedule multiple services, select the checkboxes next to the services you want to reschedule.
c.To reschedule all services, you do not need to select any.
2.Click the PM Options button in the upper right corner and select Reschedule.
3.In the Reschedule Options dialog, choose whether you want to reschedule Current (the service currently highlighted in the selection grid), Selected or All services, and click OK.
4.The Reschedule Information dialog appears. If you are rescheduling multiple services, or a single Time-cycle service, you will only be able to reschedule by Date.  If you are rescheduling a single service with a Cycle Type of Meter or Meter and Time, you can select a radio button to indicate whether you want to reschedule by Date or Meter.

5.Select the Date or enter the Meter to which this service is rescheduled and click OK.
6.If you reschedule by Date, the Scheduled Date of the service will be locked at the date you choose here and the lock level of the service will be changed to Full Lock.  If you reschedule by Meter, the service will be locked into occurring at the Meter you set here and the lock level of the asset service will be set to Meter Lock.
Click to expand/collapse textMulti-Edit Scheduled Asset Services
1.Select the services you want to edit by checking the Sel checkboxes to the left.  If you want to apply the change to all services, you do not need to select any.  You could also set a filter so that only the services you want to change appear on the selection grid.
2.Click the PM Options button and select Multi-Edit.
3.The PM Multi-Edit window appears.  You can select a new Scheduled On Date, First Responsible Person and Second Responsible Person.  Click Save.

4.In the next dialog, select a radio button to indicate whether you want to apply the changes to Selected PMs or All (Filtered) PMs.  Click OK.
