As long as a work order or work order service remains open, you may edit the information it contains, provided you have the proper user rights. Review Chapter 2: Setting Up PMXpert, Step 11: User Right Groups, Create User Right Groups.

.Make sure the Work Orders screen displays the work order containing the service you want to edit, view or delete.
.In the middle selection grid, click to highlight the service you want to edit, view or delete.  An arrow appears in the left column, indicating the currently selected service.
.Click the Edit, View or Delete button directly to the right of the middle grid.

.Follow the instructions in Chapter 1: Introduction, Common Functions: Edit, View and Delete Records.
.NOTE about Changing Scheduled Dates: If you edit the Scheduled Date of a Service in a Work Order, you may be changing the Lock Level of the Service in Asset Setup, depending on the Update the Asset Service Schedule Date when Changing the Work Order Service Schedule Date System Setting. If you chose the Always option, and change the Scheduled Date of the Service on the Work Order, the next Scheduled Date of the Asset Service in Asset Setup will be changed and locked at the date you select (i.e. set to Full Lock).  If you chose Never, and change the Scheduled Date on the Work Order, the Next Scheduled Date of the Asset Service in Asset Setup will stay at its original date (i.e. remaining Unlocked). See Chapter 2: Setting Up PMXpert, Step 3: System Settings, Work Orders.
