Software Updates

PMXpert Version 10.3 is now available! To download this latest software update, log into PMXpert Support. Select the Downloads tab and click on the PMXpert V10.3 (10.3.2.925) link. When you download Version 10.3, you will update your software with all of the New Features, Enhancements and Fixes included in all versions listed below.

Don’t forget to download the PMXpert User Manual too! Click HERE to access the latest version of the manual so that you can learn how to put all of PMXpert’s great features to work for you.

Software Updates are only available to customers with a current Upgrade Protection Plan. If your Upgrade Protection Plan has lapsed, contact our Sales Department at Sales@PMXpert.com or call (306) 975-3737 (Press 1). They can provide you with information on how to reactivate your Upgrade Protection Plan so that you can continue to get the maximum advantage out of your PMXpert Software investment.

  • Added a ‘Work Order Service Performance’ report that reports on work orders performed compared to their scheduled dates
  • Added an ‘Asset Part/Fluid List’ report that lists the parts and fluids attached to each asset
  • Added an ‘Asset Value’ report, which shows the value of the asset based on depreciation. This report will only print assets that have the ‘Use Depreciation’ flag checked.
  • Added an ‘Asset Depreciation’ report, which shows how much each asset has depreciated over a time period. This report will only print assets that have the ‘Use Depreciation’ flag checked.
Enhancements
  • Added more asset fields to the work order service list on the Work Order screen and in the Work Order Find screen
  • Added an option to filter the work order list in the Work Order Find screen
  • Added a ‘Default Inventory Lookup’ option to System Settings
  • Added a ‘Default Procedure Type’ option to System Settings
  • Added a ‘Default item quantities to 1’ option to System Settings, which if left unselected allows work order items to default to a quantity of zero instead of one
  • Added ‘Find’ and ‘Filter’ options to the Request screens
  • The main and asset Request screens now have sub tabs to quickly filter on request status
  • Many of the Asset reports can now be sorted by the asset location, department, operator, and supplier
  • Increased the field size of the User Groups, Services, Statuses, Downtime Types, Service Types, and Repair Codes to fifty characters
  • Increased the field size of the purchase order Ship To address fields in System Settings so they match the same fields in the Address Book
  • Work orders can now be created from a request in the Request tab on the Assets screen
  • When adding Costing Entry, the first date will now default to today’s date
  • There is now a Description field on the Asset Warranty screen
  • The Supplier on an open purchase order can be changed if that purchase item has no items on it or if all the items on the purchase order are already linked to that new supplier
  • If a user changes the date a service should be closed when closing a work order service, PMXpert will look up the meter on that date, as it does with costing entry
  • Added a Supplier Filter to the ‘Inventory Reorder’ report
  • Users can now modify the purchase order Description and Status on authorized purchase orders
  • There are now more formatting options and functions accepted in expressions on Custom Reports
  • ‘Checklist’ procedure types will now only print the Description of the checklist item with a checkbox before it
  • When a service is added to a work order, PMXpert will now prompt the user to assign any unassigned requests

  • After entering a new work order service, the grid would refresh and move to the first service in the list
  • Services could be entered in setup and on assets that had no interval information
  • Error occurring when attempting to print the ‘Asset Usage’ report sorted by Abbreviation or Description

  • The Calendar was not showing future services for services that were on open work orders
  • The ‘Calculate Estimated Meters Per Day’ utility was not taking into account asset working days when making calculations

  • Enhanced the speed of running the ‘Asset Fluid’ report
Fixes
  • The ‘Asset Fluid’ report was not sorting properly when grouping by anything except the asset
  • Requests coming into the application from a POP3 server would duplicate the body if the message was sent as html and plain text
  • Filtering the ‘Costing Summary Service’ report by a service did not work correctly
  • Purchase order detail generated in the ‘Generate Purchase Orders’ function would not always show the correct item
  • Services would show up twice in the Calendar if the service was created on a work order that was not completed and was overdue
  • Entering a user email password over fifteen characters would make further editing of that user impossible
  • Many of the reports would print the column header over top of filter information when the report was printed to a PDF file
  • The ‘Asset Downtime Hours’ report was not always properly calculating the available hours
