Software Updates

To download the latest Software Update, which includes the Enhancements and Fixes listed below, log in to PMXpert Support. Click on the Downloads tab and click on the PMXpert V10.4 (10.4.1.313) link.
Remember that Software Updates are only available to customers with a current Upgrade Protection Plan. If your Upgrade Protection Plan has lapsed, contact our Sales Department at Sales@PMXpert.com or (306) 975-3737 (Press 1). They can provide you with information on how to reactivate your Upgrade Protection Plan so that you can continue to get the maximum advantage out of PMXpert Software.

Enhancement
  • Added the Asset filter to the ‘Purchase Order List’ report
Fixes
  • The ‘Asset Costing Summary’ report was displaying only the currently selected Asset’s data
  • Fixed sorting problems with the ‘Inventory Consumption’ report
  • In some instances, Asset Service Details could be deleted by users that didn’t have ‘Modify Asset Service’ rights

  • The New Service Requests grid can now be sorted
Fixes
  • Error occurring when saving a .msg file as an attachment
  • When checking for requests, the time of incoming emails was off by 5 hours
  • Filter options were causing the ‘Inventory Consumption’ report to produce errors
  • When creating an asset from a template, the ‘Print on Work Order’ field for the Asset Service Procedure was not getting copied over

  • The supplier inventory number would not always appear in the list of details on the Purchase Order screen
  • The printed Purchase Order would not always show supplier item numbers when that option was selected
  • Filtering in the Address Book on the PM Schedule screen would not always work properly

Don’t forget to consult the PMXpert User Manual for the software help you need. The manual has just been updated to be current with Version 10.4.1.313. If you use the Online Manual, you will automatically access the latest version. If you use the Local Manual in the program, go to the program now, click on the Help menu and select Download and Update Local Manual.
