Software Updates

To download the latest Software Update, which includes the Enhancements and Fixes listed below, log in to PMXpert Support. Click on the Downloads tab and click on the PMXpert V10.4 (10.4.1.315) link.
Remember that Software Updates are only available to customers with a current Upgrade Protection Plan. If your Upgrade Protection Plan has lapsed, contact our Sales Department at Sales@PMXpert.com or (306) 975-3737 (Press 1). They can provide you with information on how to reactivate your Upgrade Protection Plan so that you can continue to get the maximum advantage out of PMXpert Software.

Enhancements
  • Added a ‘Locked’ field to the Asset Service to prevent the next date and meter from being recalculated when recalculating asset services. This option gets set to ‘true’ by default when you use the ‘PM – Reschedule’ option
  • Added a default purchase order detail inventory lookup option to the System Settings
  • Added the inventory item column to the supplier item grid in the Inventory Find
Fixes
  • The ‘Asset Downtime’ report was not displaying the downtime correctly in some instances
  • Could not delete custom reports in some instances (Enterprise Only)
  • Item names were being cut off in the costing area because the field in the costing table was smaller than everywhere else
  • The Responsible Person drop downs on the PM Schedule were not sorted
  • The ‘Labor List’ and ‘Supplier List’ reports were not linking the phone numbers to the setup phone types correctly
  • When generating a Work Order from the PM Schedule, the Service Type field was not being copied over to the work order

Fixes
  • Prompt appearing (‘You do not have the required rights to perform this action!’) in the ‘Close Work Order Service’ Wizard
  • Deactivated asset service procedures were being added when generating a Work Order
  • The ‘Supplier Item’ field was blank when generating a Purchase Order
  • Meter Usage readings were not being rounded in the ‘Asset Snapshot’ report as on the ‘Asset-History-Meter’ grid
  • When creating a Work Order Service, blank attachment records were being added to the database, causing errors
  • Imports of type ‘Costing – Other’ would not work
  • The ‘Supplier List’ report was not displaying any contact information
  • When creating a Purchase Order from a Work Order, the Supplier item was coming in blank
  • Error occurring (‘Duplicate Entry!’) when saving an Asset, due to some date fields having times entered in them as well
