Software Updates
To download the latest Software Update, which includes the New Features and Fixes listed below, log in to PMXpert Support. Click on the Downloads tab and click on the PMXpert V10.4 (10.4.3.318) link.
Remember that Software Updates are only available to customers with a current Upgrade Protection Plan. If your Upgrade Protection Plan has lapsed, contact our Sales Department at Sales@PMXpert.com or (306) 975-3737 (Press 1). They can provide you with information on how to reactivate your Upgrade Protection Plan so that you can continue to get the maximum advantage out of PMXpert Software.

  • Added ability to Shift-Select check boxes in a check list box

  • Purchase Orders were listed multiple times on the ‘Purchase Order’ report
  • When selecting an Asset to copy to in the Asset Service Copy Wizard, the list was not taking user rights into consideration, allowing users to copy services to assets they did not have rights to
  • The ‘Supplier List’ report had incorrect column headings for Phone Types
  • The ‘Asset Downtime’ report was not displaying the downtime correctly in some instances
  • Error occurring when custom sorting the ‘Costing History’ report by ‘WO.WorkOrder’
  • Newly created databases were missing the ‘locked’ field in the ‘AssetService’ table
  • Assets that were related to other assets did not have their services recalculated when the parent asset’s meter was changed
  • Users that belonged to a User Right Group could change their Department and Location rights to something different than in the user right group
  • Could not sort by the ‘Account’ column in the ‘Purchase Order’ find
  • After editing/viewing a Meter History record or an Asset Service record, the pointer would reset to the first record instead of staying on the edited record
  • The ‘View FAQ’ option in the Help menu was directing to the wrong web page
  • Error occurring in the ‘Labor List’ report when sorting by Category
  • When printing to email from the Print Preview screen, the attached report was not named properly
  • Error occurring when using the ‘Download and Update Local Help’ option from the Help menu
