New Features
Version 10.5.1.332
  • Added a quick search box to the PM Schedule to quickly search whatever column the grid is sorted by at the time
Enhancements
Version 10.5.1.332
  • Added the ability to select the number of decimals that an asset’s meter will round to
  • Added the ability to choose whether or not you want to clear the performed dates of an Work Order Service Detail item when reopening a Work Order Service that has the same performed date
  • Added total quantity to the footer of the Cost Entry screen
  • Added ‘Supplier Name’ to the sort options of the ‘Purchase Order List’ report
Fixes
Version 10.5.1.332
  • Inventory that wasn’t stock controlled was not defaulting the cost properly when used on a work order or costing entry. If an inventory item is not stock controlled, the last cost field will now be used.
  • Users could save a blank ‘Next Scheduled’ date for an Asset Service resulting in incorrect services appearing on the PM Schedule
  • Error occurring printing the ‘Costing History’ report when using the work order filter
  • The meter update had slowed down since version 10.3.3.298
  • When adding a new asset and assigning it to a location, a location history record was not being added
  • When doing a costing import, the service and repair code fields were required, which was incorrect
  • Added TotalReceivedSupplierCost, TotalReceivedCost, TotalBackorderedSupplierCost, TotalBackorderedCost, TotalQuantityReceivedToDateSupplierCost, and TotalQuantityReceivedToDateCost to the ‘Purchase Order’ report
  • Problem with the requests not adding attachments properly
  • Problem with the meter import not importing dates that didn’t have a leading 0 for months and dates where needed
  • Changed the ‘Locked’ field to a ‘LockLevel’ field for an Asset Service. This field can have three values: Unlocked, Meter Lock and Full Lock.
  • The ‘AssetSnapshot’ report was not printing services if they had no responsible person assigned to it
